Shijiazhuang Glistening Gold Mining Technology Co., Ltd, founded in April 2000, is a high-tech enterprise. In 2005, it was reformed into a joint-stock company specialized in refining of non-ferrous metal, production and trade of gold products, exploitation, mining and refining of gold, treatment of electronic castoff and development of new energy resource, integrating production, investment, trade and scientific research. It was registered at Shijiazhuang Industry and Commerce Bureau with RMB 50.3 million.
Production base: New Town Industrial Park, Xinji City, 222mu (1 mu=666.7m2).
The management form of the company is general manager responsibility system under the leadership of the board. Both the general manager and deputy general manager are appointed by the board; the general manager is responsible to the board; the deputy general manager is assistant to the general manager and leads departments; both managers are experts and market operation experts with specialty. The chief engineer is directly led by the general manager, the financial director is led by the board, and department managers are appointed by the general manager. Organization of the company includes administration, finance, production technology, inspection and test, supply and sales, resource development and investment trade department. There are gold trade and investment company and culture dissemination company, etc to provide supporting and professional cultural service.
Now the company employs 550 staff, one fifth of which have junior college above education and technical titles, including engineers, gold analysts, chemists, accountants and technicians, etc; and the rest of which all have junior college above education.
Since the founding in 2000, Glistening has been sticking to technology based, cooperative development and struggling spirit to develop the enterprise. In 2005 it developed a production base to extract gold, silver, copper, iron and tin from electronic castoff (60,000 tons each year). Now it has achieved an annual production scale of 5-ton gold, 198-ton silver, 15,600-ton copper, 4,000-ton aluminum, 600-ton tin and 20,000-ton product oil. It is recycling economy model demonstration base of Hebei “11th Five Year” Plan. |
